About Me
Kasie Lung is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in wearable technology, 3D design, and apparel design. Her work bridges design, research, and innovation, with a focus on material exploration, adaptive fashion, and human-centred design. Her recent material exploration and wearable technology project, “Folded Technologies”, explores the intersection of fashion, technology, and kinetics—reimagining how modular textile and apparel design can be applied to everyday wear. As a design and technology enthusiast, Kasie has taken the initiative to receive professional training in 3D design by completing Parsons School of Design’s Clo3D Virtual Fashion Design Certificate. Guided by a human-centred and co-design approach, Kasie specializes in hospitality uniform design, where she has collaborated with global clients—including renowned restaurants and five-star hotels and resorts across North America, Central America, Europe, and the Middle East. Her work has been recognized by various institutes and organizations including Logistik Unicorp, Kent State University, Toronto Metropolitan University, and the International Textile and Apparel Association (ITAA).
